How an engagement works

FIG.01 — ENGAGEMENT LIFECYCLE
01

Quote

We scope your project and give a written, itemized quote before any work begins.

02

Approve

You approve the scope and price. Website work bills in milestones; services bill monthly.

03

Deliver

We build, you review, we launch. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

04

Manage

Monthly retainer covers ongoing management. No long-term contract, cancel anytime.

Section 01

Services & billing

  • Scope of work — services are defined in your written quote. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
  • Fees — website projects bill in milestones; chatbot services bill as a one-time setup fee plus a monthly retainer and per-response usage, itemized on every invoice.
  • Usage charges — billed at actual usage with no caps, at a transparent markup on the underlying AI cost.
  • No long-term contract — monthly retainers continue month to month and can be paused or cancelled with notice. No cancellation fees.
  • Late or failed payment — services may be suspended until the account is current.
Section 02

Ownership & responsibilities

[ YOURS ]

What you own

On full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you — your website content and your chatbot’s knowledge base. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the content and access you provide.

[ OURS ]

What we retain

We retain our underlying tools, methods, and reusable components. We grant you a license to use anything needed to operate your delivered service.

You agree to use the services lawfully and not to upload content you don’t have the rights to, or that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

Section 03

Warranties & liability

We deliver our services with professional care, but some realities of AI and the web are outside our control.

  • AI output — AI systems can occasionally produce incorrect answers. We configure escalation and monitoring, but we can’t guarantee every response is perfect.
  • Third-party platforms — search engines, AI answer engines, and hosting providers change their systems; we can’t guarantee specific rankings or citation outcomes.
  • Limitation — to the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the prior three months.
  • Service “as is” — beyond the warranties stated here, services are provided as is.
