Two core services: SEO & AEO website projects (priced per page) and AI chatbots (priced by knowledge-base size and AI capability). Both have optional monthly retainers for ongoing optimization. You always know exactly what you’re paying, every component is shown upfront.

Every month you get one invoice with two components: a flat base fee plus your AI usage, billed at our published per-response rates. We never cap conversations, and you can switch tiers anytime. No long-term contracts, pause or cancel anytime.

Why pricing is structured this way
Most AI platforms charge a flat subscription regardless of how much you use them. We charge differently, and here’s why that’s better for your business.
You only pay for what you use
Per-page setup fees mean you pay based on the actual size of your website and knowledge base, not an arbitrary tier. A 5-page business pays for 5 pages. A 50-page business pays for 50.
The retainer reflects real time
We bill for actual managed service hours at a flat monthly rate, reviewing chat records, updating your knowledge base, refining prompts, sending your report. It’s managed services, not a platform access fee.
Usage scales with your growth
As your visitor volume grows, your AI usage grows with it. You’re never capped, never throttled, and never charged for responses that don’t happen.
No long-term contracts

Reviewing every page and document in the knowledge base, configuring the AI system prompt and conversation flow, setting up quick-reply buttons and lead capture, testing across a wide range of real questions, and delivering the embed snippet. It’s the labor to train the AI on your business and verify it performs before launch.
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. If your needs grow beyond your current tier, we adjust your plan and update the setup fee difference if applicable.
Every time the AI generates an answer to a visitor’s message, that’s one response. Even if a conversation has multiple back-and-forth exchanges, each AI reply is counted separately.
No. The only charges are your monthly base fee plus usage. There are no setup fees for retainer plans, no per-seat fees, and no fees for pausing your subscription.
You still pay the base fee (which covers ongoing management, monitoring, and knowledge base updates), but your usage charges will be low, you only pay for what you use.
